Jerusalem resident Alexander Levlovitch was identified on Monday night as the Israeli motoroist who died overnight from injuries sustain in a crash after his vehicle was apparently attacked by stone throwers outside the capital the night before.

Police said Monday that they were investigating the fatal incident as a stone throwing attack.

Levlovitch apparently lost control of his vehicle while driving home with two passengers from a Rosh Hashana meal when Palestinians began throwing stones at the car, causing the driver to lose control and crash.
