Israeli movie 'Lebanon' wins best film at Venice Film Festival

Samuel Maoz's movie Lebanon won best film at the Venice Film Festival on Saturday evening. Set in the First Lebanon War, Maoz's film is about four soldiers dispatched to a hostile town, which turns out to be a far more dangerous assignment than they anticipated. Itay Turan and Oshri Cohen, who were in Beaufort, another drama set in Lebanon, star, along with Moni Moshonov.
