Israeli sovereignty on Golan against int'l law- Iraqi Foreign Ministry

 The US call to recognize Israeli sovereignty on the Golan Heights is contrary to international law, said the Iraqi Foreign Ministry in a Tweet on Saturday.
US President Trump announced his intention to recognize Israel's sovereignty on the Golan on Thursday, breaking with decades of US policy regarding the issue.
