Gal Nevo won a place in the 2012 Summer Olympic Games in London by placing in a Wold Championship swimming semifinal race in China Wednesday morning, Army Radio reported.

Nevo will represent Israel in swimming in the London games, which will take place from July 27 - August 12, 2012.
