An Israeli tourist was killed and three others were injured in a car accident in Johannesburg, South Africa, Israel's Channel 2 reported on Sunday.

The incident occurred when the tourists car was involved in a head-on collision.

The accident came just a few days after a family touring in Georgia lost two children in a car accident on a treacherous road.
