An Israeli who fought against ISIS alongside opponents to the terrorist organization has been accused of murder in a foreign country with which Israel does not have diplomatic relations.

The information was cleared for publication by the military censor on Tuesday.

If convicted, the Israeli national could face a death sentence in the unnamed country, Channel 10 reported. According to his testimony, the Israeli citizens shot a local civilian in self defense.
