The Foreign Ministry's top emissaries abroad will gather in Jerusalem on Sunday for a four-day annual conference where they will hear briefings from Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and other top policy makers.

Some 170 people, including  Israel consul-generals abroad, as well as senior Foreign Ministry officials and those who will be going abroad as envoys in the summer, will take part in the conference which always takes place at the end of year, coinciding with Christmas and New Year's Day when many capital's abroad are still in a vacation mode.
