Jerusalem police are preparing to seal off roadways at 10:00 a.m. local time due to the winter storm that has pounded the area, authorities announced on Tuesday. Police are recommending that those seeking to enter the capital do so before 10:00 a.m. The only roadway that will enable motorists to leave the city is Route 443.
