Jerusalem Municipality clarified Wednesday morning that it will be operating a normal service for residents on Wednesday, while the rest of the country strikes in protest of budget cuts.

The capital's municipality does not receive its funding from the same budget as the rest of the country's local, regional and municipal authorities, and officials confirmed early on Wednesday morning that services will be unaffected.
