J'lem: Schalit's parents mark his 1,700 days in captivity

Hundreds of people joined the parents of kidnapped soldier Gilad Schalit, Noam and Aviva, on Saturday to mark Gilad's 1,700th day in captivity with a rally in front of their protest tent near the Prime Minister's Residence in Jerusalem.
Supporters were demanding the release of the captive soldier and were holding signs calling on Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to work towards his release.
