Rioters in the ultra-Orthodox Jerusalem neighborhood of Mea She'arim attempted to block Yehezkel Street after police arrested a man posting inciting fliers against the Welfare and Social Services Ministry. The rioters threw rocks at police officers, but police eventually dispersed the crowd and cleared the street of debris. The man who was hanging the posters was taken for interrogation.
