Kinneret water level rises by 1.5 cm in 24 hours, 36 cm to upper red line

The Kinneret is now 36 cm meters the upper red line threshold which marks 208.8 meters below sea level. The sea is currently at the highest level it's been since 2004.

The additional rise in the water level comes just days after the Kinneret rose by a centimeter. More rain is expected on Wednesday in the north and parts of central Israel.
