Labor MK Nachman Shai said that the EU court's decision to remove Hamas from the bloc's terror black list was 'hypocrisy.' 'The body responsible for justice should know that Hamas does not deserve the benefit of the doubt, even for one minute. 'Terror is terror is terror. In the unending struggle against it, as has been brought to light recently in Australia and Pakistan,any concession is a sign of weakness. Europe must put Hamas back on the terror black list immediately,' he said.
