Labor Party MK Shelly Yacimovich expressed sorrow on Saturday after being informed that Dov Lautman, a pioneer of the Israeli business world, passed away at age 77.
"Dubik Lautman was a paragon of Zionism in action," she said. "He founded and build industrial factories and provided a livelihood to many thousands, and even after he became sick he overcame his physical weakness and acted for the sake of Israeli society in order to make it better and more just."
