Lapid: Israel's Visegrad states summit is a loss of all national pride

"A loss of all national pride and an international damage," Yesh Atid leader Yair Lapid called the summit that Israel will hold with the leaders of Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia – the so-called Visegrad states.

Lapid called to cancel the summit that is scheduled to take place in February.

"The summit includes a prime minister who posts antisemitic content, and another who passed a bill which scorns the memory of Holocaust victims," Lapid wrote on his Twitter account. "This is a loss of all national pride and an international damage. A prime minister should overcome his lust for election photographs and cancel the summit."
