Finance Minister Yair Lapid and his Yesh Atid party sent condolences to the family of Rabbi Ovadia Yosef, who passed away Monday at the age of 93.Lapid said in a statement that "Rabbi Yosef was one of the molders of the Chief Rabbinate in Israel and one of the great religious adjudicators, and his absence leaves a great hole in the world of Torah. May his memory be blessed."
