Broadcast legend Larry King expressed reserved hope that US President Donald Trump will be able to facilitate a peace accord in the Middle East.

"I like Donald Trump, I hope every thing works out, I hope he can broker peace between Israel and the Palestinians," he said at The Jerusalem Post's annual conference, adding, however, that he's interviewed seven past presidents who attempted to succeed in the endeavor.

Asked to lend a word of advice to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, King urged him to open dialogue even with those of whom he does not agree.
