Las Vegas police confirmed on Monday that the shooter in charge of the massive carnage in Las Vegas that claimed the lives of fifty people and injured hundreds shot himself in his own hotel room before police were able to arrive on the scene.

Police have also said that at least seven firearms were found in his room.
