Lawyers demand probe into allegations Barak took millions in bribe money

An NGO of high-profile lawyers is demanding on Sunday that the attorney general launch an investigation against former prime minister Ehud Barak in the wake of allegations that he took millions in bribe money.

The allegations were made by another onetime premier, Ehud Olmert, who was secretly recorded in conversation by his former aide, Shula Zaken. The audio was first reported over the weekend by Channel 10.The request for further investigation was made by The Legal Forum for Israel.
