Libyan government summons US envoy after Tripoli raid

TRIPOLI, Oct 8 (Reuters) - Libya's government has summoned the U.S. ambassador to explain a US military raid on Tripoli at the weekend to capture an al-Qaida suspect and take him out of the country, the foreign ministry said on Tuesday.
