Coalition talks between Likud Beytenu and Bayit Yehudi resumed Thursday night after the signing of a final agreement had been stalled by Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's decision not to appoint any vice premiers.

Bayit Yehudi leader Naftali Bennett and Yesh Atid leader Yair Lapid broke off negotiations, which had seemed all but finished, claiming that Netanyahu had previously promised them they would be appointed vice premiers.
