"Even though Tzipi Livni has joined the government, coalition negotiations are still stuck," a senior Likud official told Army Radio on Wednesday. "The possibility that new elections will be held is stronger than the chance that a coalition will be formed," he predicted.Tzipi Livni announced that she was joining the coalition on Tuesday night, becoming Justice Minister and chief negotiator with the Palestinians.
