MDA paramedics said Monday that an approximately one-and-a-half-year-old baby was left in a vehicle for some five hours in the Dolev settlement in the Binyamin region of the West Bank.Paramedics were attempting to resuscitate the baby who was in critical condition.The incident comes a day after a five-month old baby died when it was left inside a car in the West Bank settlement of Shilo.
