Magen David Adom offered 30 of its ambulances and its air lift helicopters to help evacuate any survivors from the crash site and assist Egyptian first responders. A Russian airliner carrying 224 passengers and crew crashed in Egypt's Sinai peninsula on Saturday, the Egyptian civil aviation authority said.
