MK Moshe Matalon breaks both knees on home exercise machine

MK Moshe Matalon (Israel Beiteinu) was injured on Friday after falling from a physical therapy exercise machine he used at his home.

Matalon was evacuated to Tel Hashomer's Sheba Medical Center suffering two fractured knee caps.

He said that rehabilitation would not be a quick process and hoped that the recovery would "end as soon as possible."

"For the mean time, as long as I am able to think and my hands are able to vote, I will continue to fulfill my position as a Knesset member," Matalon said.
