New MK Oded Forer (Yisrael Beytenu) was sworn in to the Knesset for the first time and MK Elazar Stern (Yesh Atid) returned to the Knesset after less than a year away on Monday. Forer replaced Sharon Gal, who resigned in order to host an economic TV show on Channel 20. Stern, a former Hatnua MK who joined Yesh Atid before the last election, replaced former education minister Shai Piron, who will be in charge of education in Sderot.
