Palestinian Authority Foreign Minister Riyad al Maliki on Tuesday called on Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to condemn the deaths of two youths in the Gaza Strip in the same manner that "Palestinians came out on every possible stage against the massacre in Itamar."

Maliki added that the solution of two states for two peoples is dying because of Israeli policies, especially the settlements.

"The new governments forming in the Arab world will be more stubborn regarding Israel," he warned. Thus, it is necessary to "advance the negotiations rapidly."
