Man, 60, gets 18 years in prison for trying to murder wife

The Tel Aviv District Court on Tuesday sentenced a 60-year-old man to eighteen-and-a-half years in prison for the attempted murder of his wife who wanted to divorce him.
The man was charged with beating the woman's head with a hammer.
