PHILADELPHIA — A 38-year-old dual citizen of the United States and Lebanon who's accused of conspiring to provide material support to Hezbollah made an initial appearance in federal court in Philadelphia on Friday.Moussa Ali Hamdan appeared in court after being extradited from Paraguay.
