A man was arrested by the police after he allegedly assaulted a haredi woman in the ultra-orthodox Jerusalem neighborhood of Mea She'arim who had refused his command that she walk a different street in the neighborhood. The man admitted involvement in the incident. He had allegedly sprayed the woman with pepper spray. She did not need medical treatment. The man was still being interrogated by the police.
