A 21-year-old man threw Molotov cocktails into the homes of several African refugees in south Tel Aviv, according to an indictment filed by Tel Aviv District Attorney.

Haim Mula is charged with counts of arson, which attracts a maximum 20 year prison sentence; and malicious damage, which incurs a maximum penalty of three years in prison.

According to the indictment, Mula made the Molotov cocktails by stuffing cloth soaked in flammable materials into glass bottles, because he wanted to set fire to African migrants' homes.
