A 20-year-old man riding said Tuesday night that he was attacked by an Arab man with a lead pipe, near the New Gate of the Old City of Jerusalem. He sustained light to moderate injuries and was taken to Haddasah University Medical Center in Jerusalem's Ein Kerem.
