A contractor was killed and another went missing after a mudslide at Kibbutz Einat, near Petah Tikva on Sunday afternoon. The two were working on a sewage line nearly two meters beneath the surface when the accident occurred. Magen David Adom paramedics pronounced the victim dead at the scene and rescue teams continued to search for the second man. Heavy rains are predicted to continue for many parts of the country.
