A man was reported missing Thursday afternoon after a tugboat sank off the coast of Ashkelon. Police say the boat went down after it was "struck" but as of yet have not stated what exactly hit the boat, or whether the sinking was a security issue. Sea patrol units and the Israel Navy have launched a search for the missing man, who reportedly was standing on the deck of the boat when it was hit and plunged into the sea.
