A man in his 20s is in moderate to serious condition after being shot on Thursday, Israel Police reported. He was brought for initial treatment to a local clinic in the Arab village of Maghar, near Tiberias. Police are in the process of investigating the case, but have ruled the motives behind the shooting as criminal.
