Eichud Hatzalah medics found a man in his 70's without signs of life in a locked store with a woman in her 70's in moderate to severe condition.

"A passerby broke the window open after he saw a man and a woman locked inside who were bleeding and injured and needed medical treatment," according to a Eichud Hatzalah medic.
