Meretz leader Zehava Gal-On said on the first day of the Knesset's winter session that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's government has failed and it was not putting forward a plan to prevent the next violent escalation in Israel.

On Monday there were three stabbing attacks in Jerusalem.

Gal-On said that Netanyahu criticized in his Monday speech to the Knesset those who incite the terrorists but she said it was Netanyahu, in his own words to the legislature, that incited and tried to scare the public.
