Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas is committed to assisting security forces rescue the kidnapped boys, he told Meretz leader Zehava Gal-On during a telephone call between the two on Sunday. He also denied that the PA had anything to do with the boys' kidnapping. In a statement following the conversation, Gal-On said 'I call on Netanyahu to refrain from actions that aren't directly related to the kidnappings.'
