Number 5 on Meretz's list Tamar Zandberg called on Meretz leader Zehava Gal-On to retract her decision to step down on Wednesday. 'It's a bad morning for the Left. Zehava Gal-On's announcement is an example of leadership, integrity and courage that characterize her and is so lacking here. The failure is not Zehava's, but all of ours. I can't imagine the Knesset and public life without her and call her to retract her resignation.' Zandberg continued and said that she hopes that Gal-On will retract her resignation if in the final count, Meretz gets 5 seats.
