Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, Defense Minister Moshe Ya'alon, Finance Minister Yair Lapid and IDF Chief of General Staff Lt.- Gen. Benny Gantz were due to discuss on Sunday the Finance Ministry's proposed NIS 4 billion defense budget cut, Israel Radio reported.

Treasury officials said that if the defense cut was not made, other cutbacks and deductions would be necessary.
