Preparations for the evacuation of the Ulpana outpost continued Wednesday as the Defense Ministry transferred eight mobile homes to a temporary neighborhood being established for the evacuees at the Binyamin Regional Brigade's base next to Beit El. The eight 'caravillas' join six transported by the ministry on Monday.

The Defense Ministry intends to complete the placement of 40 structures in the area by the end of the month so that by July 1 there will be time to try to persuade the settlers to move in an orderly manner.

The High Court of Justice ordered the five Ulpana buildings removed because they were built on private Palestinian property without the proper permits.
