Mofaz says PM needs to act on stalled peace talks

MK Shaul Mofaz responded on Tuesday to reports in the media of Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's willingness to renew peace negotiations with the Palestinian Authority.

"The prime minister needs to stop make making declarations and must start to act. Instead of headline creation for the newspapers he should take responsibility. In order to build trust Netanyahu needs to initiate a meeting with Abu Mazen, (Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Mahmoud Abbas)," Mofaz wrote in a statement.
