Monitor: At least 10 killed in government air strikes in Syria's Aleppo

BEIRUT - At least 10 people were killed in Syrian government air strikes on several areas in the northern city of Aleppo on Friday, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitoring group said.

The death toll was expected to rise with dozens more wounded, some of them seriously, the British-based Observatory said.
