More charges added to indictment of Pittsburgh shooter

A US court has filed an updated indictment against Robert Bowers, who is accused of carrying out the shooting attack at the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh last October.

The indictment added 19 counts, including charges related to hate crimes. This is in addition to the 44 charges that have already been filed against Bowers.

Bowers murdered 11 people and wounding two others at the synagogue.
His motive was cited as hatred of Jews in the indictment.
