Murderer Alexi Volkov acquitted for third time

Alexi Volkov was acquitted for the third time in the murder of his wife Julia after the Supreme Court on Monday rejected the state's appeal.

Supreme Court judges Asher Gronis and Neil Handel accepted the district court's decision to acquit Volkov.

Julia Volkov's body was found January 16, 2006 in her Bnei Brak apartment.
