National Security Advisor to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu Yossi Cohen told the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee of the Knesset on Wednesday that despite promises, Israel has not received all of the annexes to the nuclear deal that was reached earlier this month between Iran and world powers.

In a separate matter, he also told the committee that a representative of the NSA was present observing the deliberations of the Locker Commission that last week released its recommendations on reforms to the IDF.
