Nahal Haredi soldier arrested on suspicion of threats against gays

Jerusalem police on Saturday evening arrested a 20-year-old Nahal Haredi soldier on suspicion of threatening violence against participants at a Tel Aviv gay solidarity rally. During a search of the soldier's Jerusalem house, police discovered and confiscated a firearm, as well as two devices allegedly used to send the threats over the internet. The suspect admitted to making the threats during a questioning session, police said.
