Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu remarked at the beginning of the Likud party caucus that the IDF Chief of Staff, Gadi Eizenkot, is doing an excellent job.

Netanyahu added that the two are working together and they are "challenged and working all the time. I want to tell you and I want you to know—the Chief of General Staff is doing an excellent job. We are working together, on one front, and we are taking proper care of Israel's security."
