Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu eulogized former defense minister Moshe Arens at his funeral saying 'there was something deep and transcendental about him.' Netanyahu recounted how 'last time i visited him we shook hands, but we did something we didn't do in 45 years of knowing each other: we hugged. We hugged for a long time,' Netanyahu said.
