Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced Thursday that Likud MK Yuval Steinitz would be appointed Minister of Energy and Infrastructure. He will also continue to head the Committee of Nuclear Energy, and will be a member of the security cabinet.

Netanyahu said that along with his appointment, Steinitz will also carry on coordinating strategy for the Iranian threat.
